1. Services

Clearview Property Service provides professional interior and exterior window cleaning services for residential and light commercial properties. All services are performed based on the agreed booking details and package selected by the customer.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing starts at $150 and up, depending on property size, number of windows, and condition.

• Final pricing may be confirmed after inspection or consultation.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Customers should provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Access to Property

• For interior cleaning, an adult must be present or access must be provided.

• For exterior-only services, customer presence is not required unless specified.

5. Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, scratches, hard water damage, or etching on glass.

• Safety is our priority; we reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions (weather, structural risk, etc.).

6. Weather Policy

• Exterior window cleaning may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, or unsafe weather conditions.

• We will work with customers to reschedule at the earliest available time.

7. Property Condition

• Customers are responsible for securing fragile items near windows before service.

• Clearview Property Service is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or unsecured items.

8. Liability

• We are fully responsible for damages caused directly by our negligence.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our service.

9. Satisfaction Policy

• Customer satisfaction is important to us.

• If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address concerns.

10. Changes to Terms

Clearview Property Service reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
